About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our Honda sales team. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot and ensuring a positive first impression for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the new and pre-owned vehicle lots.

• Move vehicles as directed by management to support daily sales operations and inventory placement.

• Wash, vacuum, and fuel vehicles as needed for display or delivery.

• Assist the sales team with vehicle deliveries, including tagging, staging, and presentation.

• Perform visual inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, damage-free, and properly stocked with window stickers and accessories.

• Maintain cleanliness of the lot, showroom, and vehicle display areas.

• Assist in keeping track of inventory locations and vehicle keys.

• Provide light snow or debris removal as needed to keep the lot safe and accessible.

• Support other dealership departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a professional dealership image.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day.

• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment preferred but not required.
